4P Corporate Data Sharing Platform aims to shorten the closing cycle in B2B marketing. Finding the right target is the most time consuming process in our selling process. It leverages the effort of platform users in prospecting. It saves your frontline team a lot of time in inputting, searching or communicating targets. It avoids duplicating of work or conflict among team members by assigning specific target sectors by countries, cities, districts, industries, classifications, targeted client's job positions.
Data comes from exhibition lists, directories, industry associations, corporate websites, social media, name cards and sharing from the platform users.
What will be shared with other platform users: Corporate open data like address, corporate website, industry, product/service, type of company, number of employees, ways to engage with contact persons of a company (if available to public or online or inputter).
What will not be shared with other platform users: your connection with contact person of a company, your front-line initial response, contact date or feedback about the contact, your communication with others, any sensitive data like password (except superior in corporate account) or credit card number, internal corporate data like content on email template, input on follow up tender websites, team productivity report.
We do not believe in micromanaging. For internal corporate data, only important but short remarks will be recorded for that specific client to use. Platform user may choose to use existing corporate data from the platform, but not inputting new potential clients' data in this platform. For your potential clients' data, you may also choose to input them to 4P CRM SAAS platform or 4P Customized CRM System.
Corporate data are classified into countries, cities, districts, 180 industries and 180 job titles. Most of the contact persons are in director or managerial level.
4P is the gatekeeper which ensure data would be protected and not be overused. We do not have clients from banks or insurance companies. Users may opt out from email list from email received. All promotional emails sent from the platform will also be added automatically with opt out link to identify its source and comply with data privacy requirement. We would also delete contact person's contact methods from our database in response to email opt out request.
Not like social media, only paid clients can use our platform for business purpose. User's identity will need to be verified before opening an account. The gateway location of the platform is only known to the user after his/her identity is verified and account be opened.
The platform will only be leased to users for use. Users may consider to use and own Customized 4P CRM system which can connect to this platform and use data from this platform while also storing your own data in your system hosted in your server.
The most time-consuming process of the sales and marketing for most businesses are spent on finding the right targeted customers that your company may satisfy their needs. 4P corporate data sharing platform may provide potential targeted customers based on type of industries, or job positions or geographic locations. This is especially true for B2B market in which subscription approach cannot be relied on and proactive approach is needed. Users from 4P CRM SAAS Platform may use data provided by 4P corporate data sharing platform but not in opposite direction.

Data might become outdated when employees change their jobs or companies being closed as time passes by. As regards to the potential targeted customer list, 4P would test the validity of the email addresses on the list everytime before letting the platform user use it in their account. 4P frontline team would be responsible to maintain the reliability of the data by actually using them. Platform users may also suggest deleting outdated data by selecting "not exist, please delete" option in initial response page of Create Opportunities Page of the platform in databases module.
